Spaghetti Love

My toddler has been in this really picky stage that makes meal times a challenge.   I can never seem to make anything that he wants to eat more than a bite of.  He’s usually just begging me for string cheese and a banana.  But I’m just not satisfied until he’s eaten something of substance.  I was lucky enough to receive a bag full of beautiful tomatoes from Grandma Nancy’s garden and attempted my own tomato sauce.  It seemed to work out because topped over these whole grain noodles (that my husband hates, but someone’s got to eat) I seemed to have hit the jackpot.  He ate this for lunch and dinner the following days as well.  Great thing with spaghetti and sauce is you can hide a variety of veggies in there that basically go unnoticed if cut up small enough… my little victim.  He never even saw it coming.guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti guilt free spaghetti
